Skrybix Privacy Policy

Skrybix is made by Gathering Moss (Phil Achleman). It helps plant sellers make listing cards, stamp their photos, and keep track of claims and sales. This page explains what happens to your information when you use it.

The short version

We don't collect any of your information. Everything you put in the app stays on your phone. Nothing is sent to us or to anyone else.

What stays on your phone

Your seller profile: name, seller number, shipping and payment notes, and claim rules.
Your plant list, showcases, claims, buyer names and notes, and your sales record.
Photos you pick or take, and the stamped copies the app makes of them.

All of it is saved in the app's own storage on your phone. We can't see it, and the app has no account, no sign in, and no server to send it to.

What the app asks permission for

Camera: to take plant photos for your listings, only when you choose to.
Photos: to pick plant photos, and to save stamped copies and card images back to your phone. The original photo is never changed.

What we don't do

No analytics or usage tracking.
No crash reporting sent from the app.
No ads.
No selling or sharing of your information, because we never have it.

Skrybix Pro subscriptions

Skrybix Pro is an optional subscription sold through the App Store. Apple handles the payment; we never see your card. It renews on its own until you cancel it in your Apple account settings. The annual plan starts with a seven day free trial. No account with us, no server of ours, and no buyer data on our side. Your form, your sheet and your files stay on your phone and in your own Google account.

When you share something

The app never posts anywhere for you. When you copy a card or share a photo into another app, like Facebook, you're the one sending it, and that app's own privacy policy covers what happens there. The Suggest a feature button opens a Google Form in your phone's browser, outside the app; anything you type there goes to Google Forms.

Deleting your information

Uninstalling the app removes everything it saved. Stamped photos and card images you saved to your photo gallery stay there until you delete them yourself.
